For over 30 years, I’ve stood in front of rooms—classrooms, dojangs, churches, conferences, and leadership spaces—teaching people how to stand stronger in their own lives.
My work sits at the intersection of leadership, personal growth, and lived experience. As a lifelong martial artist and third-degree black belt, I’ve taught self-defense not just as physical skill, but as a way of thinking, responding, and leading under pressure. As a leadership facilitator and speaker, I help people recognize patterns, build boundaries, and make decisions they can stand behind—especially when life has been hard.
I speak to women, teens, leaders, and organizations about what it really takes to grow: clarity over coping, strength over silence, and leadership that begins with how you lead yourself. My sessions are honest, grounded, and practical—rooted in real life, not theory.
I don’t motivate from a distance.
I teach from experience—and I guide people toward lasting change.
